Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

TAMARI Return Policy
All Sales Are Final

If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us at thetamarib@gmail.com We will assess the issue, and if applicable, a refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags must still be attached and intact.
  • The item must be returned complete with all parts and accessories.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The original packing slip must be included with the return.
  • Returns must be shipped back to our fulfillment center within 7 days of delivery.
  • All products from the same order must be returned together in one shipment.

Refund Process:
If all return conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), including sales tax, less any original shipping costs. Returns not meeting the conditions will not be refunded. However, within 7 days of being notified that your return is not eligible for a refund, you may request the return of your merchandise in the same condition in which it was received.

If no request is made within the 7-day period, you authorize us to dispose of the merchandise at our discretion.

Refund Timing:
Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days from receipt of your returned merchandise. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, refund times may vary depending on your credit card provider. PayPal refunds are processed immediately and will be credited to your PayPal account. For PayPal payments, the refund will be visible right away, but the date of reimbursement to the associated credit card will depend on your card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not offer refunds on items marked as non-returnable on our website.

Identification Tags:
All products come with an identification tag. Please ensure the tag remains intact and undamaged, as returns will not be accepted once the tag is removed or altered. For footwear, a sticker is placed under the sole, and removing or tampering with it will void the return eligibility.

Return Shipping :
Returns can be shipped to us via UPS & FedEx using the label provided once your return has been authorized.

Exchanges:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAMARI disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
